Invest in the Curaçao lifestyle.
Curaçao
is an unique island and has many advantages that make living
here pleasant and interesting. Located in the tropics,
just 12° north of the Equator - and outside of the hurricane
belt - Curaçao has a warm, sunny climate year round. The average temperature is about 27° C
( mid 80s F). The rainy season, October to February, is marked
by short, occasional showers.
As of 1634, Curaçao has been part of The Kingdom of the Netherlands
and has recently been placed on the World Heritage List of
UNESCO. The population of the island is a melting pot of many
cultures and nationalities.
Curaçao’s unique architecture
and the many museums reflect the island's rich history. Art
galleries, drama and film festivals, seasonal events and concerts
are evidence of an active cultural life.
In addition to being a tourist destination, Curaçao
is also a well-known international business centre. Located
at the crossroads of major shipping routes, Curaçao
has an affluent economy, a low rate of inflation, a stable
currency (pegged to the US dollar) and one of the highest
standards of living in the Caribbean.
