Promenade is Curaçao's most prestigious shopping center, situated on a property of 22000 square meters in the Groot Davelaar area.

The building encompasses 6000 square meters. Expansion plans and a building license for a further 4000 square meters are available. Expansion of Promenade by or in cooperation with a third party is possible.
