Resort Harmonie

Harmonie is situated in the Central part of Curaçao, the same area as the Grote Berg Project, on the opposite side of the road to West Point. This property is intended for the development of a mixed use residential and tourist area with approximately 675 units of different sizes for the tourist market as well as the local market. Several recreational facilities are included in the project.

The project has all the necessary legal permits and is awaiting development in partnership with an investor/investment group.

The houses will be sold in a price range of about Nafl. 350.000 ($200.000). There will be a rental pool system available in which sold houses will be rented out for the owner by the developer.
